Boys & Girls Club Program for boys ages 11-14 who are at a critical stage in their development. Adolescent males experience a transformation boyhood to manhood and for many young men it is a difficult one. This journey requires young to understand, manage, changes such as physical changes in their bodies, relationships with authority, members of the opposite sex, greater freedom, and responsibility for personnel decisions. This is a time of increased peer pressure. This program helps young men to make a transition back into the culture in the USA and deal with peer pressure, gangs, and understand themselves.

Passport to Manhood addresses the issues of ethics, decision-making, wellness, fatherhood, employment and careers, cooperation and conflict, diversity, relationships, and self esteem. This is a 14-week small group program that explores many important attitudes from adolescence to manhood. Course includes a two-day retreat with fathers or father figures; to discuss fatherhood and family responsibility this is a free retreat.
